I thought I would try my hand at a wrap-up post since it is the end of August and summer is almost over… but not completely over yet! If you notice in the title, it says unique wrap-up post, that's because this is going to be a little bit different than what I see going around the blogosphere. And since this is my first time writing a end of the month wrap-up post, please excuse the randomness and be sure to let me know if you want to read more wrap-up posts like this in the future! *crosses fingers that it turns out ok!*
Ok! Lets dive right on in then!

What did you think of this wrap-up post? Was it too unique? What is one of your goals for September 2018? What did you laugh about this month? What is God teaching you this August? Lets talk about it!
I didn’t like it, I LOVED IT!!! It was divided into little sections without going into detail , which I REALLY liked cause I felt like you had space and put a LOT more into your post than if it was a more limited , normal post!
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm glad you liked it!
DeleteIt’s one of the best wrap up posts I’ve seen tbh. I have NOT renovated my room, BUT I have been working on cleaning it up AND getting rid of stuff I no longer need , this making room for college stuff . I actually AM going to call up a shooting range called Train 2 Defend to see how much they charge for training before I can go in and start firing a gun. IF I have the money , I’m gonna go to that shooting range today! . ALSO, I wondered , what country songs did you listen to and like best?
ReplyDeleteI really like listening to Rascal Flatts, Dan + Shay, and some Sugarland. There are so many I like, it's hard to narrow down, but I tend to like more of the older songs better than the newer ones. :)
Deletemy all time favorite country band is Montgomery Gentry. I am guessing you haven't heard of them? They were and still are the best. They also are the only country band I have seen TWICE!!! Sadly Troy Gentry died last year, but the other part of that duo, Eddie Montgomery is still alive.... Most of their hits were in mid-late 2000s into 2011 when they produced their final album that had a hit on it
DeleteRascal Flatts is a good trio. They were one of the first country bands I $ a album from. I think I lost it but I had at one point their 2002 album Melt. Oh ya, I don't know what you think but I think the best Rascal Flatts song is What Hurts The Most. Which is your favorite ?
DeleteMy favorite Rascal Flatts song is Stand.
DeleteI liked it! I like the horse picture too!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Laura! I'm glad you stopped by! We got our new horse for my younger sister. His name is Ruger and is such a good boy! <3
DeleteYou got a new horse?? I need pictures!!! Also, Studio C can be terribly addicting...I've had to use it as a reward system - I can't watch any until I get my goals reached for the day. You're on Pinterest now?? What's your login? I must find you and follow you!
ReplyDeleteYes! It was quite the process with a lot of driving, but we finally found Ruger, and he is a great fit so far! My younger sister is getting too tall for extensive trail rides on little Apple, so we started our trail horse search. Ruger might be just a hair taller than Rosie, he's a 14 year old paint gelding. He's got such a good temperament but might be a little bit buddy sour with our other horses... I'll definitely email any good pictures we get of him! :D
DeleteOh, I know! I can't believe I hadn't heard of Studio C before! I think Gray introduced me to them when she posted one video awhile ago. :) They are just so funny! What is your favorite one??
Yes, I have my own Pinterest account now... before, I had been using the family one. Now I'm having fun "organizing" my boards!
Do you know how to put the Pinterest link on the blog? I've seen others put it on theirs but haven't been able to figure it out yet.
Thanks for commenting!
Ah, yes, buddy sour...that's no fun. I've had to work two horses through that. And then I have one who will go out by himself without even one little attempt to turn around...but he whinnies the whole time he's alone, lol. He walks along so nicely...but you can tell he's not happy about it.
DeleteI'm not sure how to put the link up, tbh. I would check with Gray or someone...they're the Pinterest crew. :)
Ya, two of our horses are really attached to each other!
DeleteI think I got it on my sidebar! YouTube to the rescue! :)
Sounds like you had a fantastic month!
ReplyDeleteIt definitely had it's highs and lows, but overall it was a pretty good month! Thanks for reading my first ever wrap-up post for August! I hope you had a great month too!
